Who we are?
UVA CONSULTING, is a holding company to engage in projects and to represent and communicate our expertise in all aspects of business finance of large scale projects in major infrastructure; community and resource development; technology opportunities as well as humanitarian projects.
Within our own corporate culture, we train senior executives in business systems, advising on protocols to track the given project from concept to completion. We offer our own successful procedures to senior development officers, governments and other pertinent stakeholders with regards to their chosen project.
UVA CONSULTING, facilitate business structures – we do not directly enter into any financial transactions. Each project will have a unique SPV structure.
